Who we are

Shen Web Studio is a web design and digital agency based in Bahrain, founded and run by Shusi Elvis. This policy covers shenwebstudio.com and any enquiry you send us through it.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the booking form, that is your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and business name, along with the services you are interested in, your budget range, your preferred call time and whatever you tell us about your project. If you email us directly, we hold that message and your email address. Our website also records standard technical information such as your browser type, approximate location and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule your call and deliver work you have asked for. If you become a client, we use your contact details to run the project and to invoice you. We only send you our newsletter if you tick the box asking for it on our contact form, and every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies to keep it working properly and to understand how visitors use it, through Google Analytics. Analytics cookies tell us which pages are read and how people arrive, never who you are personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then behave unexpectedly.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use trusted service providers to run this website and our email, including our hosting provider and Google Analytics, and they process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for our working relationship, and for our own records afterwards. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email us and we will act on your request. We will not charge you for this.

Keeping your information safe

Our site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and access to enquiry data is limited to Shen Web Studio. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, card numbers or identity document details through our form.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If we make a significant change to how we use your information, we will say so clearly on this page.
