Included in every consultation
- Time with Dr Miles himself, never a junior doctor
- Review of any scans, test results or letters you share before the call
- A written summary of his advice within two working days
- Answers to follow-up questions by email for seven days
- A referral letter or recommended next steps, if you need them
Fees and payment
Fees are in US dollars and cover the consultation, the review of your records and your written summary. You pay securely online once the team confirms your booking.
Need to change your time? You can move your consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Many international insurers cover specialist consultations, and the team can give you an invoice to claim with your insurer.
